No Fee Refinancing
Acre Mortgage provides options for no fees and no points on most of our refinance programs. Instead of you, the borrower paying the Non-Recurring Closing Costs associated with the loan, these fees are paid by the lender.
Non-Recurring Closing Costs include: Appraisal Fees, Credit Report, Lenders fees, Brokers fees, Title Insurance, and Recording Fees. No fee refinance loans generally require the borrower to accept a slightly higher rate than a traditional refinance. Contact us and one of our loan officers will
